Drazen lives by the motto: “If you stop getting better, you stop being good.” He began his career in sales at the age of 16 and is still driven by the desire to continuously develop himself. The BLU education hub has provided him with crucial support: Through targeted training, Drazen has been able to build on his strengths, identify weaknesses and constantly improve his skills.

As a Senior Sales Consultant, he particularly values direct customer contact, where he finds solutions that really count. At the same time, his team gives him the support he needs and acts as a sparring partner to help him improve every day. Drazen shows how further training and team spirit create new perspectives and enable success.
