The merchandising project for Samsung’s TV/AV and white goods since 2017 marks a significant transformation in the retail sector. Optimized process and project structures have led to a doubling of daily tasks. The strategies for increasing brand presence in retail, including innovative sales and presentation approaches, led to improved shelf-share rates and supported the sale of products requiring intensive consultation. Significant retail insights and increased customer loyalty were further results of this project. This case impressively demonstrates how effective merchandising solutions can be successfully implemented in practice.
