For our long-standing customer SAMSUNG we are looking for an Area SalesService Manager for the product segment Home Appliances / White Goods in the support channel of consumer electronics stores / Buying Group.
We, the agency HTW/O Promotion GmbH, are a full-service provider for the most personal form of brand communication and measurable sales and marketing success with offices in Munich, Düsseldorf, Berlin and Hamburg. We are a long-standing premium partner of our client SAMSUNG.
Our core requirements for you:
- Responsibility for the assigned specialist trade customers in the Home Appliances / White Goods product area
- Implementation of sales-relevant sell-out measures + Implementation of individual measures to increase the visibility of the brand at the POS and market share
- Implementation of all sales-relevant measures for new product launches, product presentations and training for customers
- Establishing and maintaining contact with key decision-makers at customer level
- Continuous reporting + competitive analysis + internal reporting
- Active participation in trade fairs, roadshows and similar events
- Close cooperation with the agency’s sales lead
What we expect from you:
Successfully completed commercial vocational training in the retail sector or successfully completed business studies
Several years of professional experience in sales, as a merchandiser or in sales – ideally in the electronics goods industry
Sound product and market knowledge in the consumer electronics sector
Very good knowledge of Salesforce, Outlook, Power Point and Excel
Reliable, independent and conscientious way of working
Ability to communicate appropriately with different hierarchical levels, including in conflict situations
Unrestricted reliability in handling confidential internal company information
High degree of customer and service orientation
