As POS Manager (m/f/d) in the field service you contribute significantly to the brand presence and optimal product presentation at our retail partners, actively drive sales measures at the point of sale, train store personnel on products and sales strategies and are Ecovacs’ all-round talent for sales promotion and customer loyalty in stationary retail.

What you can expect from us
- Planning and implementation of individual marketing campaigns at the POS: development, organization and implementation of targeted, location-specific marketing measures to increase brand presence, support sales targets and address customers directly.
- Planned dealer visits: Independent route planning according to a defined visit rhythm to ensure the presence and availability of Ecovacs products, especially in DIY stores and electronics markets.
- Sales in DIY stores: Assumption of sales tasks in DIY stores for optimal positioning and active marketing of Ecovacs products.
- Stock and presentation control: Checking stock levels, product presentation and availability according to defined criteria to ensure optimum presence in the market.
- Regional and national responsibility: overseeing an assigned territory with a willingness to support the team at a national level when required.
- Customer base management and expansion: Management and expansion of the existing customer base in the home appliances sector.
- Training and coaching of sales staff: Providing training on Ecovacs products to ensure that sales staff are well informed and communicate the brand values.
- Contract negotiations and conclusions: Leading contract negotiations and seeing the process through to completion to ensure sustainable customer relationships.
- Maintenance and optimization of displays and products: You will be responsible for the functionality and maintenance of store displays, furniture and products in DIY stores and electronics stores to ensure a flawless presentation.
- Coordinate and carry out construction and conversion work: Planning and execution of set-up, dismantling and conversion work to ensure an attractive and up-to-date product presentation.
- App-based reporting: fulfillment of reporting obligations via an app for continuous improvement and performance monitoring.
What sets you apart
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in field sales or in a comparable position at the point of sale, ideally in DIY stores and electronics stores
- Sales orientation and ideally experience in the DIY sector
- Sound knowledge of market management and product presentation
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and independent working style
- High willingness to travel and flexibility
- Good knowledge of digital reporting applications
