For one of our long-standing customers, a renowned and internationally operating manufacturer of high-quality household appliances and coffee machines, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist / Merchandiser in the sales channel of consumer electronics stores for the federal state of Saxony, on a temporary basis!

Our customer's core requirements for you:

  • Visual Merchandising & POS Excellence: Implementing and maintaining the presence of our brands and products at the point of sale. You will ensure that every coffee machine and kitchen appliance is clean, correctly labeled and positioned for maximum impact, according to company guidelines.
  • Coaching of retail partners: conducting on-the-spot product briefings for sales staff to ensure they can confidently sell our unique selling propositions
  • Stock & hygiene management: Regularly check stock availability and “hygiene” on the shelves. You identify gaps (out-of-stock) and coordinate with the store manager to ensure that the shelves are never empty.
  • Support with advertising campaigns and events: setting up and dismantling effective additional placements, displays and advertising materials for seasonal campaigns.
  • Digital reporting: real-time documentation of store conditions, competitor activity and stock levels using our mobile CRM tool.
  • Relationship management: Building relationships with department heads in electronics retail (e.g. MediaMarkt, Saturn, Expert).
  • Close cooperation with sales management on targets, budgets and strategies

What we expect from you:

  • The “doer” mentality: You like to be active on the sales floor and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to set up a display or rearrange a shelf.
  • Experience: Ideally you will have a background in retail, merchandising or field sales, preferably in consumer electronics or small domestic appliances.
  • Communication: You are a born communicator who can motivate sales staff and represent a premium brand with passion.
  • Mobility: Valid driver’s license and high willingness to travel within your assigned region (e.g. Saxony).
  • Digital competence: Confident use of mobile apps for reporting and basic MS Office tasks.
  • Reliable, independent and conscientious way of working
  • Ability to communicate appropriately with different hierarchical levels – even in conflict situations
  • High degree of customer and service orientation
