POOL has been supporting freenet, formerly mobilcom-debitel, in the marketing of mobile phone tariffs and digital lifestyle products for many years. The core of sales promotion is customer satisfaction and loyalty, with a focus on defined customer segments and a powerful customer retention strategy. This includes the recruitment and training of “freenet Sales Consultants”, planning and implementation of promotional orders, short-term focus marketing, supervision and coaching of personnel as well as intensive support and employee retention through HR processes and incentives. The aim is to increase customer loyalty and purchasing power, supported by effective communication and seamless service integration.
